The energy work piece comes from a Soul Journey Shamanic Technique called Crystal Dreaming. Lara is an Advanced practitioner and skilled facilitator in this modality. This is a multi dimensional technique where healing work can include current life challenges, to childhood, ancestral, and past life trauma. So ultimately this program is also designed for Spiritual Growth.
The psychosomatic therapeutic piece comes from the psychotherapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté called Compassionate Inquiry. This approach gently uncovers and releases the layers of childhood trauma, constriction and suppressed emotion embedded in the body, that are at the root of mental and physical illness and addiction.
The Life Coaching piece is useful in this container to give guidance and help you create practical tools and practices to do in everyday life to sustain the changes being made, and it can also be used as an accountability practice for those who choose.
In this work I also draw from my diverse experience traveling and learning from elders from different indigenous lineages and traditions. These include: Umbanda, the Huni Kuin and Yawanawá people, Wixárikas, Quechua, Aztec, Maya, Mexica & Native American spiritual teachings in the Red Road, and more. As well as my ancestors, master plant teachers, the stones & crystals, past life memories, and all the teachers and mentors that have guided me on my journey here today, both in the physical and spiritual planes.
