I am Lara Estrella
I am a devoted and passionate energy healer, trauma informed psychosomatic therapist, life coach, artist and ceremonialist.
Some people call me a medicine woman, or a teacher, others call me a facilitator, a healer, a musician. Regardless of titles, I am an eternal student of life and I walk with humility on the path of Self Mastery, continually evolving and learning.
What I essentially do is: facilitate containers of deep transformations, breakthroughs, healing and the expansion of consciousness.
I am passionate about helping people come into alignment with their life’s purpose, reclaim their power, and liberate themselves from limiting beliefs, heal from past wounds, release stagnant emotions, and expand their understanding of their true nature, so they can fully step into their authenticity, sovereignty and self expression.
I believe we live in a time of great change and transformation, what so many astrologers, healers and prophets call the great awakening. My role is to help people ground deeper into themselves and create alignment in their lives so that together we can create the changes we want to see in the world, and help humanity heal and create a new paradigm where all beings can thrive and be free, as we remember our role as custodians of the Earth.
A big part of what is happening right now is we are being asked to rebuild the village and to create new systems that will support us when governments cannot. This starts within us, by creating inner alignment and strengthening our connection with ourselves, our intuition, bringing back forgotten wisdom that can ground us back into our full sovereignty and ability to work in community and communion with the natural world to create new systems that are life sustaining in all levels.
My work is devoted to creating safe, compassionate and heart centered sacred spaces for my clients. I am deeply passionate about transformation and offer impeccable commitment to my clients and their wellbeing, and I highly value integrity and transparency.
