I am Lara Estrella
I am a devoted and passionate energy healer, trauma informed psychosomatic therapist, life coach, artist and ceremonialist.
Some people call me a medicine woman, a teacher, others see me as a facilitator, a healer, a musician. Regardless of titles, I am a student of life and I walk with humility on the path of Self Mastery, continually evolving and learning.
What I essentially do is: facilitate individual and group containers of deep transformation, breakthrough, healing and the expansion of consciousness.
I am passionate about helping people come into alignment with their life’s purpose, reclaim their power, liberate themselves from limiting beliefs, heal from past wounds, release stagnant emotions, connect to their intuition, and expand their understanding of their true nature, so they can fully step into their authenticity, sovereignty and joy.
